DAIRYSAN MACHINE CLEANER
Description of Product:
Dayrisan ™ Machine Cleaner is a product especially formulated for the daily cleaning, sanitizing and descaling of milking installations.
Thanks to the glycolic acid, the scaling action occurs as of a temperature of 35°C. It is however advised to operate with higher temperatures. The properties of the glycolic acid make it an excellent acid pickling solution for the milk stone and the removal of other deposits from milking equipment. It dissolves the limestone of the water more effectively than phosphoric acid. Particularly effective on deposits of casein, the glycolic acid has very low corrosiveness on stainless steel generally employed in the milk industry. Waste and traces of cleaning are easily removed by a final rinsing of drinking water. Our method offers the best hygienic clean at the best cost without the intervention of products containing chlorine and without phosphate residue.
Dairysan™ Machine Cleaner is biodegradable according to OECD301A and OECD301E norms.
Usage:
After lukewarm rinse, dilute at 1 part per 500 of DAIRYSAN Milking Equipment Cleaner and leave the washing cycle to run for 10 minutes at the highest possible temperature (minimum 35°C). Rinse with drinking quality water. Once a week, double the concentration. Bulk tank cleaning may require a higher concentration. It will have to be adjusted according to objective equipment conditions and bacterial count.
