DAIRYSAN SCALE AND MILK STONE REMOVER
Description of Product:
Dayrisan ™ Scale and Milkstone Remover is a product especially formulated in duo-pack for the monthly deep cleaning, sanitizing and descaling of milking installations. It is presented as a duo-pack: Solution A and Solution B.
Ideal complement to the daily hygiene performed by the Dairysan™ Machine Cleaner the Scale and Milk Stone Remover performs excellently as milk stone remover. It dissolves any particle of milk stone that has not been treated by the daily acid treatment. The Dayrisan ™Scale and Milk Stone Remover is packaged in 5 and 2 litres drums and used as a ratio of 1 drum of each solution (A & B) for 100 litres up to 200 of water to be treated, depending on the objective conditions of the equipment to be treated.
Usage:
The treatment is performed at 30°C maximum for 5-15 minutes and followed immediately with a water rinse and an acid wash. It is not recommended to use Dayrisan ™Scale and Milk Stone Remover at higher temperature. The concentrate is highly corrosive and should be handled by trained personnel wearing full protective clothing. Deep cleaning and Milk Stone removal should be performed once a month for optimal reduction of bacterial contamination.
