ISOGLOVE™
This is the latest addition to our hands hygiene programme.
ISOGLOVE is an antimicrobial preparation for fast, long lasting, scrubless and waterless disinfection of the hands. It has been tested in accordance
with the SABS method 1597-1994 and shown to have bactericidal activity on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans (in vitro) for 4 hours minimum. Of particular note, Chlorhexidine is known to be efficient on encapsulated viruses such as the SARS and HIV viruses. Chlorhexidine based products are
recommended by the WHO for hands hygiene in the SARS prophylactic programmes. Chlorhexidine gluconate is encapsulated in a proprietary cross polymers delivery protective system which ensures that natural respiration and perspiration of the skin is maintained without loss of natural oils and moisturizers whilst delivering
the chlorhexidine in a most efficient manner. The delivery system have remarkable skin conditioning and repellence properties which allow frequent effective hand rinses with water without affecting the “glove” protection preventing also the all too frequent dry and cracked skin.
Active principle: Chlorhexidine Digluconate 1%.
Usage: Preparation of hands in the food industry or in special circumstances such as SARS prophylaxy.
